There are many different activities in Scouting: summer camp, day camp, pinewood derby, jamborees, camping and other outdoor trips, and so much more! To help pay for these activities, Scouts can raise money through a variety of different fundraisers. Money earned from different fundraisers can also help pay for supplies they need, such as their Scout advancement badges. Annual Popcorn Sale Fundraiser Scouts BSA’s popcorn sale is made exclusively for sale by Trails End. It’s our largest annual fundraiser that runs mid-August through November. Purchasing popcorn outside of a retail store (show-and-sell) or ordering popcorn (take-order), is the easiest way to help units raise money. Over 70% of all sales dollars remain here to support our Scouts at the council and the unit level. Your donations are a critical part of our ability to provide a quality Scouting program for local youth. Your recycle tree will be turned into mulch for local parks. We thank you for your support. When 1st Saturday of January @ 9am Where Your home (if you see our envelope at your doorstep) OR you can drop off your tree at Maplewood Heights Elementary 9am-12pm. How Place your donation in the envelope provided and secure your tree at curbside. Donation Make checks payable to BSA Pack 495. Cash is also accepted. 100% of donations go towards Pack 495 youth activities including Summer Camp. We do not accept artificial trees.
